Privacy and cookies

Privacy and cookies.

The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does not track you. The longer version is below, in plain terms rather than legal boilerplate.

Who runs this site

This site is operated by Draytus Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15680994. Registered office: c/o Sedulo, 605 Albert Street, 256-260 Old Street, London, EC1V 9DD.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising or tracking pixel, and no embedded video, map or social widget. Nothing is written to your browser's storage, and we build no profile of you and no record of your visit.

That is also why there is no cookie banner. UK law requires your consent before non-essential cookies or storage are used, and this site uses none, so there is nothing to ask you to agree to. A banner here would imply tracking that does not happen.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, so as with any website, Cloudflare handles the request in order to send you the page. We add no tracking to that and we get no analytics or visitor reports back from it.

Fonts

The typefaces on this site are currently served by Google Fonts. That means when a page loads, your browser fetches them from Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We do not receive anything from it and it is not used to identify you. We intend to serve the fonts from this domain instead, which removes the request to Google entirely.

If you email us

Every way of getting in touch on this site is an email to info@draytus.com. There is no form, so nothing is collected from you unless you choose to write.

What you send is used to answer you and nothing else. It is not added to a marketing list, and it is not sold or passed to anyone else. We keep it for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of our own correspondence, then no longer.

Asking what we hold, or asking us to delete it

Email info@draytus.com and ask. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it corrected, or ask us to delete it. We will reply within one month, which is the period UK data protection law allows.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this page

If what we do changes, this page changes with it. If analytics are ever added, they will be a cookieless kind that does not track individuals, and this page will say so.
